8" Search Coil (F2-F4) - Screw In

Compatibility
The Fisher 8" search coil comes standard with the F2 metal detector and is also compatible with the F4 metal detector. Screw-in style search coils fit newer model Fisher detectors with serial numbers later than (higher than) 0610XXXXXX.
All Fisher search coils are 100% waterproof.
Round Coil
- Easy to design

Concentric Coil Structure
- Large transmitter coil/smaller receiver coil in the same plane
- Symmetry helps to minimize electrical drift due to time and temperature
- Better discrimination on shallow targets and flat iron objects
